This property sits right in front of Volcano Masaya National Park and two kilometers from the main gate so you can enjoy the view from our garden and also from the pool, the climate is cooler and only 10 miles away from downtown Managua.Enjoy country life a few minutes from the city.Also you will be 250 meters from the road that will take you to Granada and lake Granada,Masaya,Apoyo lake,Monbacho Volcano,Ometepe Island,San Juan del Sur,and the White towns.

Imagine waking up to the view of a beautiful volcano and lush gardens. A beautiful country Villa for rent located on highway Managua-Masaya (km marker 19.8). "Villa Mercedes" has a very nice view of volcano Masaya, beautiful large garden and patio .
Also included is parking for five cars, water tower (very important in Nicaragua), propane gas, and wood or charcoal barbecues. Other amenities are cable tv, washer and 24 hours watchma(URL HIDDEN) . The house has two bedrooms with air conditioning; 3 double beds and two single beds. We supply linens, towels, fully-equiped kitchen with refrigerator, stove coffee maker, toaster and microwave oven For days, and week stays, coffee, and breakfast items are provided upon arrival for you to enjoy. Not included on monthly rentals and not replineshed by host.
