LAKE DEATON is one of The Villages most sought-after locations, situated just north of Highway 44 and close to BROWNWOOD PADDOCK SQUARE, where you'll enjoy GOLF, shopping, dining, and nightly ENTERTAINMENT. This home has been meticulously maintained and barely lived in! You will want to come back year after year!

The space
WHAT AN AMAZING HOME AND A GREAT LOCATION -- Minutes to BROWNWOOD PADDOCK SQUARE. Mrs. CLEAN LIVES here and there is NO CARPET! This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath GARDENIA is 1963 sq ft, has had 1 OWNER and has been used as a snowbird home. Nestled in VILLAGE OF LAKE DEATON, this lovely home has great curb appeal with Florida plants and a peek-a-boo of the pond. Step inside to an OPEN CONCEPT floor plan with CERAMIC TILE flooring in the kitchen and wet areas with BEAUTIFUL ENGINEERED HARDWOOD FLOORING throughout the rest of the home!
