The space
Casa Leone is defined by homey, understated details and thoughtful spatial flow. Natural textures, soft neutral tones, and clean architectural lines create a home that feels curated yet lived-in. The layout centers around a private courtyard pool, allowing light and air to move freely while offering a sense of privacy and ease within a thoughtfully planned layout.

Mornings begin easily with breakfast and slow coffee in the open living space. By afternoon, the courtyard pool becomes a place to unwind — sunbathing, freshen off on warmer days, or returning for a dip after exploring Canggu. Evenings settle into relaxed dinners, lounging indoors, or a quiet drink by the pool, letting the day wind down at an unhurried pace.

The whole space of the property is private. You will have private access to the entire space of the house. All yours.


RESPECT CHECK-OUT TIME
If you would like a late check-out, please contact us in advance. It is subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

For guests who remain at the property beyond the agreed check-out time without prior approval, an additional charge will automatically apply:

After 12:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate
From 4:00 PM onwards: 70% of the nightly rate
From 6:00 PM onwards: Full nightly rate

These charges also apply when personal belongings remain in the villa and prevent our housekeeping team from beginning the scheduled turnover.

We appreciate your understanding, as timely check-out helps us prepare the home properly and ensure the same welcoming experience for every arriving guest.

-- The parking space can only accommodate two-wheelers (scooters/motorbikes/bikes). We do not have a parking space for car.

-- Fresh bedding/bed linen and towels at check-in. If you stay longer than 3 nights, bed linen are changed 2x a week and towels are changed 3x a week. If you require daily changes for sheets and towels, please be advised that there will be an additional charge for express laundry services.

-- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. In the event of any damage, please inform the host.

-- The maximum number of guests allowed to stay is 4 people. For each additional guest and kids above 2 years old, there will be an extra charge of IDR750,000 per person per night, which includes an extra bed.

-- Rescheduling or changing the reservation dates will only be accepted if the guest makes the request at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.

To be Noted:
- Kindly note that there is an ongoing neighbor construction project nearby. The intensity of noise will vary depending on the specific activities taking place on any given day. While some days may involve minimal and non-disruptive finishing work, there may be times when more disruptive activities, such as drilling and hammering, take place, resulting in disturbing noises.
