Exceptional host communication

A safe space specifically for guests with environmental sensitivity. Built with non-toxic materials, this is a light-filled, beautiful space. Architect & artist designed. Advanced whole-home air filtration assures you will breathe clean air no matter the outdoor air quality. Access from the main street (requires full mobility due to stairs). Centrally located in the Hawthorne/Clinton/Division Street neighborhood. Walking distance to groceries, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, even a Finnish Sauna!

The space
This space is mold and fragrance free. Unfortunately, it is not accessible for guests with mobility issues: there are spiral stairs to the bedroom as well as outdoor stairs from the street to the entrance. Our bedroom/sleeping loft has bedding for 4 individuals (one King and two twin pullout trundle beds), however, the loft space is intimate and ideal for a family but would not be comfortable, say, for 4 adults who need private space.

Other things to note
This is a nontoxic space designed and maintained for guests with chemical sensitivity. For this reason, we cannot host guests who use fragranced products of any kind: please note that this includes laundry products and body products like lotions. For guests who struggle to find safe, nontoxic lodgings, this will hopefully be an oasis for you. Entirely scent-free cleaning products and building materials. No mold. Whole-house air filtration and undersink RO water filtration.
