The space
Welcome to Hailku Cottage at Ada’s Place, a charming retreat that has welcomed Quincy visitors for generations. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, this cottage is the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and feel right at home.
The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Upstairs, the loft space offers a double conversion bed and its own private half bath, making it a cozy and quiet hideaway for additional guests. Note; the loft is open to the downstairs area. Blinds can be closed for more privacy.
Downstairs, the inviting living area includes a queen pull-out sofa, perfect for lounging or accommodating extra sleepers. A window A/C unit keeps the space cool and comfortable during the warmer summer months.
Set in a peaceful setting while still being just minutes from downtown Quincy, Hailku Cottage offers the best of both worlds—serene surroundings with easy access to local shops, dining, and attractions, just a few blocks away. Guest access
Guests will enjoy the entire cottage as well as the outside sitting area. Parking for the cottage is located next to the two story wooden building. I will send a detailed map with your check-in instructions.
Other things to note
Ada's cottages are located in a small private neighborhood. Our quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Most of our guests come here for the quiet - please keep noise to a minimum. Please be sure the air and heat are turned off when out for the day or when you check out. There is only parking at the cottage for one vehicle. If you will be needing more parking, please let us know and we will make sure you have directions on alternative close-by parking. We may be on and off the property during your stay and landscaping / grounds work may occur while you are in your cottage. GPS may not work for the cottage, before arrival I will send you directions/instructions for finding us and check-in/keypad instructions.
