Separate entrance, living room + DirecTV/smart TV, dining, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a king-sized bed + additional TV/DirecTV, heating & A/C, large laundry room (shared with 1), back patio, storage. One off-street parking space. Suitable for one to two people. This is part of a Victorian home that has been split into separate apartments. Can’t beat the location. Nice to have the designated parking space near front door.
