Built in hills above the bay with 180-degree views. Modern and comfortable. Upper deck with outdoor living room and dining area. Lower deck with plunge pool and outdoor shower. Lush gardens with grill. Inside: modern kitchen, den with TV and office, three bedrooms with ensuites. Markets, restaurants, remote beaches, 10 minutes away.

The space
Carriacou made the New York Times Best Places to Go list in 2024, and if you've never heard of it, that's exactly the point. This tiny island off Grenada still has beaches you'll have entirely to yourself, impossibly clear water, and sunsets that flood the sky with color.

White Lotus sits in the hills above the main bay, a contemporary house built in 2022 with 180-degree views across the water. Islands dot the bay below, with Union Island visible in the distance and the rest of Carriacou spreading out around you. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed: modern, minimal, ultra-comfortable.

The upper deck wraps around the front with a full outdoor living room, two separate seating areas, and a dining table that seats twelve. This is where you'll watch those sunsets with a drink in hand. Below, there's a second deck with a plunge pool, loungers, an outdoor shower, and the same sweeping views. Lush tropical gardens frame the property, with a grill and lounges

Inside, a spacious modern kitchen, a den with AC, couches and a television, plus office space, and three bedrooms with AC and en-suites. Ample room for six people to spread out.

Markets in Hillsborough, lovely restaurants like The Round House and Green Roof Inn, and remote beaches are a ten-minute drive. But you might find it hard to leave.
