This is a quiet neighborhood so please be respectful of the neighbors.

Rachel and Benjamin were such great hosts. They communicated with us before the trip and were there to greet us when we arrived, showing us the place and immediately making us feel welcome. They provided restaurant recommendations, and even offered to watch our dog if we wanted to go out and not leave him in the studio! The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to let our dog walk around off the leash. There are trails in the hills right behind the house that are easy to hike and provide great views, and the place is perfectly located off the main highway with easy access to everything! The studio is just as described - small but has everything you need and very clean. The bed is super comfortable too! Loved staying at this studio and loved meeting Benjamin and Rachel. We can't wait to come back!
Rachel was a wonderful hostess and helped to make our stay in Lake Tahoe wonderful! She was very responsive to questions and requests, and available at all times. The apartment was cozy and fit the two of us and our small dog comfortably. The kitchenette was outfitted with enough cooking supplies and electric gadgets to make cooking dinner doable. We, and our dog, had a wonderful time hiking through the woods and hills behind the house. We were even able to use the bikes and kayak for more outdoor adventures. Overall we had a pleasant and relaxing stay.
First of all, Benjamin and Rachel were very nice and responsible. They tried their best to feel our trip to Tahoe comfortable, safe, and entertained. Benjamin explained all the details of places where we can visit for nice views. He even let us to use their raincoats. Second, the place was very clean and cozy as you can see in the picture. I bet you will enjoy staying there! Good place for a couple!
Rachel was a warm and friendly host this winter. She was always helpful with information about the area including ideas for hikes and good restaurants to go to. We felt like she was a kindred spirit, especially because of her similar love for travel. We spent many weekends in her studio, which was always clean and organized. Each weekend it seemed like there was an extra touch added to the studio to make our stay more comfortable, she even offered us a wonderful bottle of wine, which we are waiting for a special occasion to enjoy. Rachel is a delightful person and I trust that any guest to her home will feel the same.
The property was in a great location on the east side of the lake in Incline Village. This provided easy access to Northstar and Heavenly to the south. The property is in a quiet neighborhood. The dwelling is well stocked with utensils, and cooking gear. Dish TV is also available. I would recommend this property for people that want North and South access to Tahoe recreation areas and want to stay in a quiet setting.
Rachel and Benjamin are as sweet as can be! We woke up early on sat. to almost a foot of snow. To our delight the snow removal was complete by the time we were ready to leave. They really care about their space and their guests, and therefore, we keep coming back.
Rachel and Benjamin checked in with us to make sure we were safe and sound, and if we needed anything. We'll keep coming back, for sure!
I'm so grateful to be living in such a beautiful place... and to be able to share it with the wonderful guests we have coming through. I am a author/speaker/facilitator and also lead retreats in Tahoe and Maui.
