You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

The space
We are definitely in the country but a small town with a great restaurant and small market is only 2 miles away. The Studio is great for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families. We’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

- Kitchenette with counter top convection oven/toaster, microwave and electric burners. Perfect for light cooking. Lots of dishes and silverware.
- Highly insulated floor, walls, ceiling to keep you cool in Summer, warm in Winter
- A laptop-friendly workspace
-Smart TV- you can access Netflix, Prime, Hulu etc with your own usernames and passwords.
-Wi-Fi provided -200 MBPS download and 40 MBPS upload with latest AC technology
-Patio with outdoor seating provided by the garden.

Guest access
The studio offers self check-in/out has a private entrance and it's own little yard.

Dogs must be fully potty trained and no longer chewing on stuff are welcome. Excessive barkers should probably stay home. If you are doing 'instant book', please let me know if you will be bringing a pet along. I will ask you to provide $20.00 fee per dog, per stay for cleaning. You can give this to me in person when you arrive or during your stay.

Other things to note
No third party guests. If you do not plan on staying please do not book this unit. If on the rare occasion, you believe that your story is an exception please inquire before you book.

Guests with dogs there is a $20.00 pet fee, per dog, per stay. Please leave the fee on the counter before you leave.

There are dog towels on the back porch for your pup’s feet. Please do not use the bath towels for your dogs. Please pickup all poop (we have supplied doggie bags for you to use). If your dog needs a bed, please do not use extra blankets and pillows for your dog. If you do leave your dog, please crate them while you’re gone.

We have a 2 dogs in the house who ventures out into the backyard area please let us know if there are concerns about that and we can coordinate the access to the yard. Their names are Peter and Jesse...

Additionally, as stated, we allow well behaved dog(s) friendly- however that does not extend to other pets in your family. While this list is not all inclusive some examples are no cats, no birds, no lizards, no spiders, no snakes, no ferrets, no hedgehogs...I think you get the idea.

If your staying for an art retreat it's a wonderful creative space but please leave the glitter at home.
