Freistehendes Hinterhof-Häuschen mitten in der Bonner Altstadt, 40 qm, ruhig gelegen, nur ein paar Meter von den vielen Cafés, Kneipen und Restaurants entfernt, die es hier in der malerischen Altstadt gibt. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür.

Das Haus beherbergt ein Ein-Raum-Apartment mit Bad und direktem Zugang zu einem kleinen idyllischen Garten, der mitbenutzt werden kann. Wer mag, kann bei gutem Wetter morgens dort frühstücken oder abends einen Wein trinken. Eine Einbauküche bietet alle Möglichkeiten zum Selberkochen und Backen, ein Flatscreen-Fernseher bringt alle gängigen Programme ins Haus. Internet: WIFI. Das Apartment eignet sich für ein bis zwei Personen, ein großes Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm) bietet reichlich Platz für bequemes Übernachten. Die Innenstadt von Bonn ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Ottima sistemazione. Appartamento grazioso, pulito, confortevole, ben attrezzato e spazioso.
Impagabili il giardinetto e il parcheggio davanti la porta di casa. Posizione straordinaria, in una zona bellissima di Bonn, verde e tranquilla, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro. Proprietari gentili, disponibili, discreti. Una soluzione che raccomando a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno (ma anche più di qualche giorno) a Bonn.

We had a great time at Rainer's little house. He picked us up from the train station, even though it was late at night, and was very helpful in acclimating us to Bonn. The flat is comfortable, quiet, and has a wonderful location, too. Highly recommended!

Superschöne Lage in der Altstadt, sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht (auch wenn man kochen möchte) und total ruhig. Rainer ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Zusammengefasst: Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder buchen!!

I can only confirm what the other guests have written here; it's a nice and clean studio, in a quiet but still central location. I felt quite at home in the neighbourhood.
Rainer is an easy-going host, he replies very promptly to emails and was flexible with regard to check-in and check-out. Rainer, thank you again for lending me the bike (it was great to cycle through the different neighbourhoods of Bonn and along the Rhine) and for the impromptu breakfast as the shops were closed on Ascension Day. If I come back to Bonn again, I hope to stay here again - highly recommended.

This studio flat was ideal for what I wanted - somewhere quiet and convenient without too much fuss and good value. The flat is spacious and well equipped, hair dryer, cleaning equipment, saucepans, utensils etc and your own separate entrance. Rainer was very helpful as a host.

Very friendly host, very uncomplicated and quick to answer any needs.
With a lovely garden patch it felt like real holidays. Although it is in the city centre the location is very quiet. Definitely highly recommendable.

The one room flat is ok and located centrally amongst many little cafés and bars. A grocery store is right next door, parking is really convenient.

Prima! Große Wohnung, zentral, sehr ruhig, beschaulich mit dem Garten direkt davor, und der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist in der Lage Gold wert! Die Abwicklung schnell und problemlos, sehr freundlicher Empfang, alles extrem unkompliziert.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
