Other things to note
🐾 Pets: Pets are allowed for a one time fee of $100 at booking
🚫 Vehicle Restrictions: Oversized, recreational, and/or commercial vehicles (anything with a logo) are not permitted unless they can fully fit inside the garage. Please see our house rules for additional details before arrival.
❄️ Air Conditioning: During the summer months, AC units cannot be set below 70°F. Setting them lower may cause the system to freeze and stop working—thank you for helping us keep it running smoothly!
💦 Pools: Community pools are typically heated to around 82°F from October/November through April (exact dates vary depending on weather each season).
🍋 Citrus Season: From December through April, the common areas come alive with ripe citrus trees—guests often enjoy fresh lemons, grapefruits, and oranges right off the branch.
🌱 Overseeding Season: Each September, the grass around the condos and golf course goes dormant and is reseeded in October. During these two months, the golf course can be intermittently closed and the grounds are browner than normal. (This is standard throughout the desert communities every Fall.)
