Welcome to Rincon! We invite you to enjoy our home in paradise. This is our private house, renovated with several charming original details and simple comforts. We are nearby everything Rincon has to offer. A/c, fast wi-fi, backup water tank, and small generator for when the occasional power outage hits.

Location is near all the best surf spots and just up the hill from Maria’s on the 413. Safe area with nearby casual dining options- a few walkable. The full property is about 10,000 sf - we have quite a lot of outdoor space in the back of the property. We have a water tank and a generator in case power or water are down in Rincon.

Peaceful neighborhood. Guests can relax in a stress free environment. Our house is simple but highly functional. If you like to vacation like a local then our house is for you! Rincon is known for its welcoming community. Our house is a labor of love and we request guests to care for our things with courtesy and leave things as they have found them. We go by an honor system that guests will replace things like toilet paper so that they will be there for the next guests. The houses are close together, so please take note that at times you will be able to hear our neighbors and be heard.
