Each standalone villa guarantees exceptional privacy. Each unit features a king-size bedroom (180 cm, hypoallergenic bedding), living area with pull-out sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with indoor and outdoor rain shower, separate guest powder room, plus a terrace with sun loungers and ocean views. Complimentary Wi-Fi provided. No TV – ideal for disconnecting. Private washing machine included. Access road partially unpaved but regularly maintained and fully drivable.
The space
Each villa is freestanding and offers a high level of privacy.
It features a separate guest toilet as well as a spacious bathroom with an indoor shower and an additional outdoor shower. The bathroom is directly accessible from the bedroom.
The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed with a 180 cm mattress. All mattresses, pillows and duvets are allergy-friendly.
The living area includes a cozy seating corner as well as a pull-out sofa bed with an integrated mattress. We recommend the sofa bed for two children/teenagers or one adult. The living space is open-plan and connected to a small but well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Wi-Fi is available in the villa. There is intentionally no television, making it ideal for guests who wish to relax, unwind and disconnect.
Laundry can currently be done in the main house, located approximately 10 meters away.
The private terrace with two sun loungers offers sea views. The view towards the lush, green Mauritian hinterland at the back is particularly spectacular — perfect for enjoying peaceful sunrises and sunsets.
We recommend that guests rent a car, as this allows easy and flexible access to the many attractions, beaches and sights of Mauritius.
Please note that the access road to the property is not yet fully paved, but it is well maintained and easily accessible. Very low vehicles need to drive more slowly in certain areas.
Guest access
The villa complex is located approximately 250 meters from the main road. Access is via Village Saint Martin, followed by a partially paved road leading up to a slightly elevated area.
Activities such as golfing and kitesurfing can be reached by car within a maximum of 5 minutes. Small local shops are located directly along the main road, while larger supermarkets are about a 20-minute drive away. Several restaurants are also within a 5-minute radius.
We definitely recommend having a car.
Very low vehicles need to drive more slowly in certain areas.

The watersports center KiteGlobing, located at C Beach Club in Bel Ombre, is only a few minutes away.
