The space
We’re renting our lovingly restored 1940s bungalow while working out of town. Our nearby house manager keeps everything running smoothly.

1,290 sq ft | 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, backyard with new deck (built in January 2025).

Fully furnished, bright, and on a quiet, beautiful street in Arlington Heights


5-minute drive to the Dickies Arena, Will Rogers Coliseum, and Downtown
10-minutes to TCU, the Zoo, and Colonial
3-minutes to AT&T Stadium and DFW Airport
Private driveway fits 2 cars, with more free parking on street

We love hosting and have designed this home with the comfort and extras we look for when traveling ourselves — clean, well-equipped, and ready for families. Luxury sheets, plush towels, thoughtful extras, and flexible check-in/out when possible.


Note: 30-night minimum stay required.

Guest access
You’ll have full, private access to the entire home, including the deck, patio, and fenced backyard. It’s all yours — feel at home!

Please note:
- One interior owner’s closet and the backyard shed are locked for storage and not accessible to guests.
- We do not supply a garage opener. The garage is too small for parking, so please use the driveway (fits 2 cars).
- All exterior doors have deadbolts for your safety and peace of mind.

Other things to note
Most importantly, visiting Fort Worth should be a special memory for you and your family. Live it up! Entertain the kids! Feel at home!

We have a lawn service that stops by once a week to take care of our lawn, both front and back.

If the house is NOT rented the night before, we are very flexible with check in time. If the house IS rented the night before, check in cannot be before 3pm.

We are a recycling family, so we would love it if you wanted to recycle along with us!

Hi there. I'm Flaminia. I'm a 30-something (no need to be specific, is there?!) gal who was born in Fort Worth, Texas but raised across the ocean in Rome, Italy. My husband and our two little boys bounce back and forth from Texas to Italy, and we rent our home in Fort Worth when we aren't there. By day, I'm travel agent who specializes in creating one-of-a-kind trips to Italy, and by night I'm cook who loves to drink a decent glass of wine (or two). I have traveled frequently since I was a baby, which sparked a passion for adventure, history, and cultural exchange. Ever since I was a teenager, I worked to support my traveling habit; and even now with kids I still travel. It's how I discovered airbnb: it's so much nicer and easier to stay in a home than a small hotel room when you travel with 2 little kids. Recent trips we have taken include Holland, Germany, France, East Africa, Australia, Fiji, Tuscany, Venice, Bologna, and the Amalfi Coast in Italy. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good Airbnb experience (and host) looks like: a great home with a friendly host, in an awesome neighborhood, and the ability to do all the things you love!
