Two story home on 10+ acres with live Sabinas creek feeding into the Guadalupe river. Recntly updated with new windows, flooring and fresh paint. Outdoor patios for enjoying wildlife and creek. 12 minutes from downtown Boerne where you can find restaurants, antiques, theater, parks, and shopping. Catch and release fishing, hiking, and swimming are just part of what makes this the perfect place to stay sleeping a MAXIMUM of 10 PERSONS. Please read all house rules before booking Bushy's Place.

The space
Large two story home with full kitchen, living/dining, full bath, and sun room with sofa sleeper on the first floor. Upstairs has four clean comfortable bedrooms to sleep eight guests with a fold out twin. There is a full bathroom and large screened balcony to view the yard and creek below . Front yard has a covered patio with tables and chairs with grilling/BBQ options Two additional patios with seating and tables offer relaxation. TV/ Wifi, DVD's, Board Games, and Books are available for indoor entertainment. The garage is being converted to a game room with table seating for 8, extra stools, a pool table, and foozball table for your enjoyment Cell phone booster provides good AT&T service in and around the home. Natural stone outcroppings, pastures, deer, birds, and live water creek make this property a great place to stay with friends and family.

Christian Family man with beautiful wife, two sons, and a daughter. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, sports, cooking, and helping others. My grandparents built this home and I spent much of childhood on this incredible property. My family and I are in process of making more improvements and maintaining the character that 'Bushy and Lavonia' created at this location.
