The property was a warehouse ,a open space ,converted at 2016 from the scratch to a minimal very modern loft apartment,with a unique advantages ,
Situated in a busy central Athens avenue ,though absolutely sound proof due to double glass windows,The diversity compare to all other rentals is that is made as such that Acropolis is visible without obstacles from the Iiving room ,and both two rooms . as front house side is only windows ,no walls at all,
During the day sunshine is all over the loft because is facing East .,South.
east,In order to made it even open heart ,the TV sets are connected to a computer with external loudspeakers so through You tube all house can have music of guests choice.

The neighborhood has unlimited alternative places to walk to ,
Just Infront the building is the ancient cemetery and going south walk 5 minutes in or find yourself to Thision which is the start of all the ancients in pedestrian area towards the Acropolis,,which by the way is only 1300 mtrs walking distance
Back and north is an area with all wholesale fashion clothing and full of small budget restaurants owned by young people cooking ,servicing ,and managing by themselves,to the most expencive Greek one awarded and by international gastronomy experties rated amongst the 10 best in
Europe
Towards east a large area Gazi ,starts after 150 mtrs named after a large old Gas factory .
The factory buildings under the Ministry of Culture renovated and converted to an place where a lot of events take place ,large metro station build called (URL HIDDEN) addition all around a lot of activity has been developed by the private (URL HIDDEN)
theaters ,restaurants ,small to large music halls ,all day and night bars
.crowded,by young to middle age people every day..
This absolutely safe new place for every outside of Athens traveler foreigner or not is a must !!

I Like so much outdoor life and the nature particurarly the sea. A lot of years ago i was an athlete 100 Metrs dash member of the national Greek team. U20. ., later was speargun fishing maniac and still am but have not free time anymore.I n my whole life a owned from a 3.6 metres inflatable to 36 Feet Cruiser but not anymore. Due to my job I have been more than 100 times to Paris , london, and a lot of times to Rome, Florence and Bolognia. I like to stay in small villages in Tuscany in Italy. I like the plane last row window seat. My Favorite singers is By far Andrea Bocelli and Bryan Sting. I generally like to meet new foreigners. . I only speak English but understand few French and Italian but cannot speak
