  • Paulo's condo served as an extremely comfortable and pleasant home base for our short visit to Raleigh. The apartment is just as nice as it looks in the photos, and has everything one could desire from an Airbnb rental — very clean; large, comfortable bed; close access to downtown/other things to do; quiet neighborhood; Apple TV; etc. We didn't take advantage of the kitchen, as we wanted to sample Raleigh cuisine during our two-day visit, but it looked very well equipped (cutting boards, knives, pots, pans, etc.). Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, the condo is just a short 5-10 minute drive to downtown. Paulo provided excellent and clear instructions regarding parking, condo access, and so on. I would highly recommend this condo for visitors to this beautiful little city, and would definitely stay here again myself on another trip.

  • If you want a quiet close in to downtown stay in Raleigh this is the place. Wi-Fi was respectable and fast. I attended a conference in Downtown Raleigh for 4 days. It took 7 minutes to commute. The apartment is clean and exceeded my expectations. Thanks Paulo for making your condo available in the program.

  • My husband and I -two retired teachers- have stayed in apartments all over the world. Paulo's place in Raleigh is one of the most well-stocked and well-decorated we have rented. The towels and linens are first class and the kitchen is well-stocked with paper products and utensils. We did have trouble finding "pods" for the Nespresso machine and would have preferred a regular coffee maker; a microwave and a toaster would have been nice additions, as well. We had use of a washer and dryer, for which supplies were also provided.
As other reviewers mentioned, the heat is not ideal and it was difficult to keep the apartment at a constant temperature, which made it somewhat uncomfortable.
The apartment was spotless and well-situated near restaurants and retail stores.
Paulo contacted us early in our stay to be sure all was well and I have no doubt that he would have attended quickly to any problems had any arisen. We will certainly stay at Paulo's place again -especially if we visit in warmer months.

  • We've just moved to USA and that was our first home. Clean, modern, fast Internet connection. Very nice neighborhood and lot of squirrels all around. Love it! Paulo was always ready to help with any questions. Thank you.
