My place is close to Downtown, Nissan Stadium, Ryman Auditorium, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, Music Row. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the outdoors space, the light, the ambiance, nearness to DownTown. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). We are a musician friendly home.

The space
The back yard is amazing and there's a huge deck and barbecue. Lots of shopping nearby, but you would need a car.

Guest access
Your space is a completely isolated separately heated/air conditioned attic apartment. You have your own entrance. If you're a musician, no one can hear you play. There's a mini-fridge and microwave in the room, but upon request, you can come down to the kitchen and cook, or go out into the yard.

During your stay
Someone will be around downstairs taking care of the dogs so if you need anything some is there.

Other things to note
Lots of parking - not covered parking. I have 3 dogs who are down-stairs and out in the back yard. They are small and friendly and cute, but they do bark occasionally. The neighborhood is very international. Great restaurants around here: Thai, Iraqi, Mexican, African, Korean. It's all here!
