The owner’s car is parked in the garage but plenty of parking go on driveway and parking pad in front of the house.

Other Things to Note (Lifestyle ID + Golf Cart Access)
- Lifestyle ID option: During your stay, you may purchase a Lifestyle ID for $50 (all-in). This provides access to The Villages amenities just like an owner. Up to two (2) people can receive the Lifestyle ID.
- Additional guests: If you have more than two guests, they may receive free Visitor Passes. If you’d like to pursue the Lifestyle ID/Visitor Passes, let me know and I will help coordinate it.
To set up the Lifestyle ID / passes, please provide:
- One or two names
- Home address(es)
- Email(s)
- Cell number(s)
Golf Cart Driver Info + Key Access
- We also require the names and emails for any golf cart drivers.
- Once we receive the required electronic signatures, we will send the code for the lockbox in the garage (located by the garage door opener) where the golf cart keys are stored.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property.
- Small dogs under 25 lbs are permitted. There is a pet charge.
- Please be aware; Lawn service workers usually come once a week to mow, edge, and blow concrete surfaces.
