(This property is a traditional New Orleans shotgun double, meaning you walk through each room to get to the next. We have a second listing for the 2nd side of the double. If you have a larger group and need more space, please contact me and we can rent out both sides of the double.) Please note, we do not have central heat but space heaters instead.
Please respect the premises. Please place all used linens in the hamper before leaving. Also, please make sure the back door is locked before exiting.
The place was so comfortable & clean! Great to have a home away from home and within walking distance from great places on Magazine Street. Also nice to have safe parking and easy access to local highways!
We had a great time at Jessica's house and a great time in New Orleans, Jessica was really helpful host even though we didn't meet her in person, she gave us all the info we needed for our stay. The house was lovely and comfortable and the air con was a great relief for the really hot and muggy days, it was a tad noisy but we slept through it none the less. The bed was a little uncomfortable but everything else in the house was great. Magazine street was really cool and walking distance and it was a really quick drive to the French quarter where we spent most of our time. Overall a thoroughly fab stay and would definitely stay again, Thanks Jessica
The listing was very accurate and the house was very quaint. The neighborhood is great, and Jessica provided a lot of great suggestions for the neighborhood and city. Thanks for a great stay!
Great location especially if your trying to hangout in uptown. Met some of the coolest people like the couple in the ajoining shotgun. This house has everything you need. The only thing I can say is the beds aren't comfortable at all.
It was very easy to get to find the house and it was very homey and inviting. I would definitely stay there again and its a great location!
Had a fantastic time in the New Orleans. The location was perfect and in amongst a beautiful neighbourhood very close to everything. Jessica was a great host and very helpful responding to all our questions very quickly. Highly recommend staying in one of her homes.
Jessica's place was great! The AC worked very well and the bed was really comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. The location was so convenient, really close to magazine st, busses and trolleys. Thanks Jessica!
