"Better View Mountain Summit” is a family friendly luxurious cabin, close to attractions, located on top of the hill of a very popular gated community in the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee. You will enjoy panoramic majestic views from most rooms!
Enjoy the 4 suite bedrooms (3 with King beds and 2 with a full over full adult-sized bunk beds, a hot tub, game room with a pool table and arcade.

• Please return spa or pool towels to the house - There is a 20 dollars charge for missing or stained towels , the linen company charges the hosts the cost and we collect it from the guests.

• The cabin is close to minutes from Pigeon Forge and DT Sevierville. The roads are paved and is part of a beautiful community!!

• No refunds are provided for weather-related issues or natural disasters, including but not limited to snow, ice, storms, flooding, road closures, power outages, or utility interruptions
• Guests are responsible for monitoring weather forecasts and travel advisories before and during their stay

• Community Indoor pool access in the winter and outdoor pool access in the summer - Spa and pool towels in the cabinet in the game room- Please return all towels back to the cabin to avoid fees.
