Our studio has a private entrance with SELF CHECK IN. Our city permit is SVR25-056. We are close to a lovely spot to run, walk or cycle at Paulin Creek Preserve.
Grocery stores (including an organic one) and a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and retail outlets are nearby. The views from your private covered deck are serene.

You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, light, comfy bed, and quiet neighborhood. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The space
The in-law unit is ground level below our home with a deck with 4 steps. It is on the LEFT side of the home and we reside on the RIGHT side.

We are committed to energy and water conservation, recycling and non-toxic cleaning products. We line dry our linens. Our home uses solar energy, and circulating hot water.

Our place does NOT have a TV.

Unit includes fiber WiFi of 95k speed, a computer desk, kitchen table, and kitchenette with a granite sink, microwave, countertop oven/air fryer UPON REQUEST, refrigerator, coffee maker, and electric kettle.

NOTE: COOKING allowed in the unit in the toaster oven and microwave only - there is no stove.

Step right out onto your deck that includes a table, seating, BBQ access, and garden view.

Private bathroom with spacious shower with fluffy cotton towels.

Guest access
Feel free to enjoy your private deck and watch for hummingbirds, read, eat, and/or drink coffee, tea, or a glass of wine.

You can also enjoy playing bocce ball, which is open at night and lit by solar Tiki torches and lights.

Every 15 days, a cleaner will enter the unit and clean the property

1) The attached unit is located in the rear of the house ground level at the end of a paved solar lit walkway.

2) Entry to the rear of the property is through a metal gate at end of a well lit driveway.
Just 3 steps down with left handrail to the lit concrete sidewalk/path with 2 more wide steps.

3) At the end of the path are 3 concrete steps up to 4 wooden deck steps with a left handrail .
