5 Sensi di Mare is a rare harbour-front apartment in the heart of Riomaggiore, overlooking the village’s iconic marina and colorful houses. Wake up to the sound of the sea, enjoy espresso on the private terrace, and watch village life unfold. Just minutes on foot from the beach, ferry, restaurants, and train, everything is close by. The apartment is comfortable, full of authentic Italian character, and comes with a detailed local guidebook to help you experience Cinque Terre like a local.

The space
The apartment offers two separate bedrooms, a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the harbour. The bright main bedroom has a queen-size bed and opens directly onto the terrace through double doors, filling the space with morning light and sea air. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and windows with beautiful sea views.

The terrace is the heart of the apartment — ideal for morning coffee, sunset drinks, and watching daily life unfold in the harbour below. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing simple meals, and the bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower. With multiple windows, freestanding fans in both bedrooms, and the natural sea breeze, the apartment stays comfortable throughout the day. Wi-Fi and all bed and bath linens are provided.

The apartment is centrally located, close to the harbour and village life. This means you’ll experience the sounds of Riomaggiore, especially during the day and on summer evenings. Most guests enjoy this as part of the atmosphere, but light sleepers may wish to plan accordingly.

We have named our apartment 5 Sensi di Mare, because you can wake up to the sound of the ocean, smell the salty air from your terrace, see the Mediterranean from both bedrooms and the kitchen, and if you want to jump in and have a taste and a feel, the sea is only a minute away!
