We are located in a very quiet, yet centrally located residential neighborhood. We are a short 4mi from the University of Arizona, 3mi from a well-lit jogging and biking path and a fun zoo. If shopping is more your style, we are less than 2mi from a mall with an H&M, Old Navy, Starbucks, movie theater and several restaurants. This cottage is also one block away from a major bus route.
Our cottage is just blocks from a bus stop, making it very easy for public transit. We are located in an area bordered by several important streets that take you to all parts of Tucson, making it easy to explore this great city.
It was nice to stay in a neighborhood after being at a corporate hotel for a training. Conveniently located between where my friend lived and the University and Downtown area. View of the mountains from the street. Chickens were surprisingly quiet. I never heard them from inside the cottage. Cottage had more than enough space for one person. I could have easily had my family there with me. Air conditioning kept it quite cool inside despite 108 temperatures outside-remote control was nice so I could turn AC down from bed if I felt too cold in middle of night.
We loved staying at this cute cottage. Our kids loved the chickens outside. It was perfect for our family. The place is very quaint and cozy. Carrie was very sweet and responsive. We totally recommend this place!
Great communication from our host made for an easy check in/stay. The cottage was exactly as advertised in the listing and worked out well for our family of three. I really enjoyed getting to chat with Levi briefly about car stuff. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to others.
Very much enjoyed our time staying in Tucson! Carrie and Levi's cottage was exactly as described! Very adorable and a perfect size for my cousin and I! We unfortunately didn't get to meet Carrie or Levi, but they made sure we had everything we needed. If I ever make it back to Tucson, I would for sure stay here again! Thank you!!
The cottage was great, clean and efficient. Carrie and Levi added a new toaster oven which came in handy. The cottage suited our needs in their quite neighborhood. Situated close to main thoroughfares on the east side of town, driving to all of our activities was very easy. Our hosts were accommodating with our early arrival. Our three week stay went very quickly in part because of not having to worry about our accommodations. An added bonus for my husband was to wake up to the soft sounds of their hens, reminding him of his childhood on the farm. Thank you Carrie and Levi.
