Nestled between the Rekawa Beach, Rekawa Lagoon and Sanctuary- the Sati Villa location could not have been better. Your reservation is for the Entire beach front Villa, Pool and Garden with private access to the beach. Walk for hours on end during the day and watch turtle lay eggs at night along the beach. Your reservation also includes 3 meals per night of stay. Rest and relaxation is guaranteed.

The space
Mindfulness or “Sati” in Pali, is the basic human ability to be fully present and aware of ourselves and the world around us. Sati Villa has been designed to provide you with a mind and body experience. Your experience at the Villa is based on the principles of lifestyle medicine, which addresses your nourishment, physical activity, naturotherapy, resilience and connectedness. What is learnt during your stay at the Villa- we hope you take away with you at the end of your stay.

Rest and relax with a massage at the Villa or go kayaking on the Lagoon. Return to the villa and indulge in your personalised meals. Plan your perfect beach holiday and feel at home while you're at Sati Villa.

The entire Villa is occupied by you.
Kindly note that the beach in front of the villa is not ideal for swimming. There is a safe swimming area, a 15min walk along the beach from Sati Villa.

The staff live separately, approx 30meters away from the villa, within the property. They are always available to you.

Free parking within the property.

Other things to note
Children must be under adult supervision at all times within the villa and on the beach. The sea is rough and not for swimming.

Kindly support the local Turtle Conservation Project by booking tours with them and visiting their educational sites.

Accommodation for your driver will be arranged by Sati. The driver is responsible to source and pay for his meals.

The villa is situated between the Rekawa sanctuary, lagoon and the beach. Plenty of greenery, wild life and birds surround you. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a romantic getaway or an enjoyable trip with kids, teaching them about nature. Turtles lay eggs on the beach at the foot of garden. During the day watch them swim. Peacocks roam at leisure, catch them performing the sunrise dance on your roof top!
The popular Turtle Watch (non profit organisation) is less than 10mins away from the villa. You can book tours with them during the season of turtle sightings. Learn more about these amazing creatures at the educational sites set up by non profit organisations.
The main town is Tangalle, 15mins away from the villa for Shops, local banks and other essentials.
Being at the southern most point of Sri Lanka, visit places of historical value and national treasures.
Take day trips to National parks around the area.
