The space
Villa Athenis is a modern and comfortable two-bedroom private villa located in Padonan, offering a relaxed stay just outside the busy parts of Canggu while remaining conveniently close to everything you need.
The villa is located in Padonan, a residential and local neighborhood away from the busy Canggu area, yet still close by. It is just 110 meters to Big Tree Jewelry Class, 350 meters to AMore Patisserie Bali, and within walking distance to BAKED Café & Bakery, local shops, minimarkets, and laundry services. Wanderlust Fitness Village and Nirvana Life Fitness and Wellness Club are both around 800 meters away, and Berawa is only 10 minutes by scooter.
The villa is only 100 meters from BAKED Café and Bakery and about a 40-meter walk from the main road. The access road is scooter-only, so cars can drop you off on the main road, followed by a short and easy 40 meters walk to the villa. Parking is available for up to two regular scooters inside the property.
Inside, the villa features a fully enclosed living area with air conditioning, designed for comfort throughout the day. The lounge includes a sunken sofa and a TV with Netflix access, with guests logging in using their own account. Adjacent to the living space is a dining area with seating for four, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking during your stay.
Across the living area is a private swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip or relaxing under the Bali sun.
The villa has two bedrooms located side by side, each thoughtfully designed with air conditioning, a 180 by 200 cm bed, a wardrobe with an in-room safe, and an en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms features a bathtub, adding extra comfort for guests who enjoy a relaxing soak.
Stairs lead up to a rooftop area, where you will find an outdoor seating space and two sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the breeze or unwinding at any time of day.
The villa is fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and includes daily housekeeping six days a week. Sunday is usually a day off, though this can be adjusted upon request if informed in advance. Pool maintenance is carried out twice a week to keep everything in top condition. Guests are welcomed with an in-person greeting at check-in, and our concierge team is available 24/7 on call to assist with anything you may need during your stay.

🌴 Your stay includes daily cleaning (6 days per week), regular pool & garden care, and high-speed WiFi so you can stay connected. Bath and pool towels are provided for each guest, and a safety box is available in every bedroom for your valuables.

• How can I organize some services during my stay?
You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA.
• Can you pre-fill the fridge for me before I arrive?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you. Just let me know your detailed grocery list in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the them via Airbnb along with the invoice (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).
• Do you provide laundry services?
We can help bring your clothes to a nearby laundry. Please avoid fragile items and check everything when it’s returned.
• Should I expect to encounter mosquitoes, insects or other animals?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, mouses, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
