A good spot for a couple or solo adventurer: a traditional English shepherd’s hut close to Kommetjie’s beautiful Long Beach, with its great views and excellent surfing waves. The main hut has a kitchenette + queen-size bed, the little hut has a loo + shower. It’s beautiful and cosy, with views into milkwood treetops; there's a hammock and a table and chairs under the trees. You can always hear the sea, it’s less than a minute’s walk away.

The kitchen has a quick-to-heat induction stove, a kettle, toaster and fridge. Outside there’s lots of space under the old grove of milkwood trees and a few steps away is the sea. You can see the flash of the Kommetjie lighthouse at night and hear the waves crashing.
