The Space

Rosskerrig Holiday House is set in the idyllic surrounds of West Cork, on the Sheep’s Head Peninsula overlooking the beautiful Dunmanus Bay, between Ahakista and Kilcrohane villages. The charming house has a south facing aspect which allows for the best views of the picturesque countryside, across Dunmanus Bay to the Mizen Peninsula.

The property includes three double rooms, two of which are ensuite, and a twin room. The property has central heating, as well an open fire (lovely for those brisk winters nights!) in the spacious living room, and a separate large kitchen / dining room with all mod-cons.

A warm welcome awaits in any of the local bars and restaurants, with food options available (happy to provide some local recommendations) to suit all budgets. In a addition to the many walking and cycling routes for which the peninsula is famous, other local leisure activities include, swimming, fishing, kayaking, sailing and cookery classes to name but a few...

In addition to the many local sights and activities, the property is also an excellent stop-off point on the Wild Atlantic Way - a 2,500km tourism trail (driving route) along the west coast of Ireland, from Cork to Donegal, which takes in some of the countries most breath taking scenery.
