In a quiet neighborhood Schiltigheim, 7 minutes by bus from the city center , you can sleep in a big room (20 meters2). Plenty of storage space will allow you to put your luggage and forget the time that elapses ...
A desk with a computer and wifi in the flat . Your room is in the first floor of the flat , and you will be alone on this floor. The room has a bed 140 * 200 cm. On the same floor, you'll have the kitchen and dining room, the living room, and the bathroom.
Our room and the room of our child is on the attic floor.
In the apartment , you can have a large kitchen with central island , a dining room, a living room and a bathroom , all on 100m2. We have just renovated this apartment , everything is new !

The apartment is located in Schiltigheim, a city contiguous to Strasbourg. We are at the limit of Strasbourg and you can reach easily the Alsatian capital . Two bus routes within 300m (lines 4 and 6) of the apartment you will return to the center in 7 minutes by bus. Buses are regular and run every day .
A bus 500 meters from the apartment ( line 50) can be reached in 10 minutes Wacken and the congress .
Good to know: the beginning of Schiltigheim is located closer to the center of Strasbourg Strasbourg as some other districts ( Orangerie Park, Poteries, Roberstau Koenigshoffen , Neuhof , even the end of Neudorf ) and is much better served by the network bus!
The apartment is located 200 meters from the university residence : résidence des houblonnières .
If you come by car , there are many free places to park outside the apartment.
By train , the connection from the station is easily done by bus. Within 10 minutes you can reach the train station and discover Colmar , Obernai, Colmar ...
Hours check- in and check -out are quite flexible to the extent we are working nearby and can accommodate you at lunchtime or after 17h .
There are many shops nearby bakeries , supermarkets , pharmacies and restaurants.
About us , we are a couple of teachers. We traveled a lot and we did a lot of CS . We love our region , our country and we want to show it to travelers . We have a little baby, who's very calm normally. He don't sleep at the same floor as you, so you won't hear him.
For us , the journey is an exchange , a meeting between two cultures. By renting this room, we hope to have time to take a coffee, chat with you or just make you feel good.
We know the city and have at our disposal plans and guides to facilitate your trip and enjoy the best of Strasbourg and its environs. If available, Guillaume knows the history of the cathedral and may you discover .
We speak Spanish and English ( but a little worse than Spanish ... ) .
We indicated that we do not accept smokers. However, if you accept smoking in the courtyard of the building, you are welcome!
Calm and mutual respect. As stated before, we have a small baby so we expect them to be guests calm and they respect the fact that a child can sometimes cry.
When you come, we sleep upstairs so you will not hear us very much.
We expect our guests that they maintain the relatively clean and tidy room. This is your room during your stay in Strasbourg, thank you pay attention to it! When you book, the quoted price includes cleaning of the room. We also provide towels.
If you want to clean your own clothes, no problem, we have a washing machine. For cleaner, thank you to bring your own.
If you break something, we retain all or part of the requested deposit.
Thank you to remove your shoes in the apartment! We have slippers for you if you wish.
We try to have an eco-citizen approach so we do not consume more than çe is needed. We expect that our guests do the same: turn off the lights when leaving a room, no overheating of the apartment in winter, no water consumption. We also sort out our waste and we have different bins for this purpose.

Je suis enseignante, tout comme mon conjoint.
Passionnée de cultures hispanophones, j'ai beaucoup voyagé en Amérique du Sud : Pérou, Bolivie, Argentine. J'apprécie tout particulièrement de pouvoir parler espagnol, même si cela n'arrive que très peu souvent à Strasbourg.
Au quotidien, j'aime aller au cinéma, profiter des rayons de soleil sur une terrasse, bricoler, bien manger, avoir la sensation de découvrir un nouvel endroit, dormir, aller à des concerts, jouer à des jeux de sociétés entre amis.
Nous venons d'acheter notre appartement et nous avons du apprendre, par la force des choses, à restaurer des pièces mais aussi des meubles. Actuellement, j'aime beaucoup retaper des meubles anciens.
J'aime apprendre des choses nouvelles ! Avant de m'inscrire sur airbnb, j'ai fait beaucoup de couchsurfing avec mon compagnon, et nous avons hébergé des gens du monde entier : tous différents mais tous avec la même envie de faire découvrir quelque chose de leur pays, de leurs passions, de leurs voyages. Nous avons aussi été accueilli et cela reste de très bons souvenirs. Chaque expérience a été différente mais toutes nous ont apportées quelque chose ! Comme expliqué dans la description de notre appartement, certes airbnb permet d'avoir une chambre à prix modéré, mais pour nous c'est aussi la possibilité de parler de notre ville que nous aimons, et connaître des endroits où nous ne serions jamais allés. Nos plus beaux voyages ont été des lieux recommandés par des personnes.
