About the Host, Carolina
Great Multimedia Artist, as calls herself, She’s responsible for video editing, cartoon, web designer and visual art.
The first collection "ORDINARY DELIRIUMS" is dated 2001, a series of drawings made with Bic (the pen) that joke about the follies of the world.
Almost accidentally began to work with evolutions of computer graphics until in 2000 she won the Yahoo! "Creative Web & TV festival" at the Biennale of Milano with "Night is Coming", one of the first cartoons made completely in Flash.
After a serious creative crisis, in 2001 Carolina decided to leave brush and ball-point pen to devote herself entirely to the digital world, web design, visual art and cartoons.
Between 2004 and 2008 she recorded her second collection entitled "ctrl + c, ctrl + v", dreamlike visions of the ages of man, a journey from conception to death, made in plexiglass illuminated by wood lights.
In January 2010, she gives birth to the "VIRTUAL HEROES" where are finally assembled all the elements of her research in the multimedia world: portraits with complex assembly techniques and photo editing depicting the warrior spirit inherent in the subconscious of every person.
Currently, Carolina is working on a new installation of Visual Art with projections in stereoscopic 3D.
