The space
THE SUITE

The Orchard Suite is purpose-built, attached guest wing with its own private entrance, ensuring your solitude. Completed in late 2025, it features:

Living: A spacious, open-concept living area designed for relaxation after a day of riding.

Kitchen: A full kitchen stocked with cooking essentials—perfect for preparing a farm fresh breakfast or a sunset charcuterie board.

Sleeping: A plush bedroom with premium linens, optimized for quiet and comfort.

Bath: A modern 3/4 bath featuring a spacious walk-in shower, high end fixtures, and a pair of fluffy bathrobes.

THE OUTDOORS

You are staying on a working Farm. Step outside to your enjoy the private backyard gardens and sitting area surrounded by 1,200 peach trees. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise over the Grand Mesa, or an evening glass of wine as the sun sets over the Escalante plateau.

THE BIKE & WINE EXPERIENCE

We are the home of Palisade Bike Rentals.

Guest Perk: All guests receive 20% off E-bike rentals during their stay.

The Route: we are located directly on the east Orchard MESA Loop you can pedal to Colterris Winery, Colorado Vineyards, and Restoration Vineyards in under 10 minutes.

Worry Free: our Bikes feature the “PBR no-puncture promise. We guarantee no flats thanks to our Tannus Armour tech), or your rental is free.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of The Orchard Suite and the designated private guest garden. You are welcome to walk through the orchard rows ( please respect farming operations during growing, and harvest season!). Ample private parking is provided.
