Our neighbourhood is a quiet residential area with schools, playgrounds and Catholic Cathedral nearby. It is a short walk to a pub, bottle shop, pizza / pasta restaurant, other good restaurants, post office, cafes, supermarkets, playgrounds, shops and the CBD.
Parking off street for one standard vehicle is included in your rate or we can give you transfer options from and to the airport.
It's just 10 minutes' walk to the city centre or 20 minutes' walk / 8 mins drive to the waterfront and Salamanca. A nearby bus stop gives you access to and from the city or a cab is about $8 each way.

Changes made outside 28 days prior to your arrival can be made at no charge for up to 6 months.
Any changes to this confirmed stay may result in a higher rate per night. In addition, we reserve the right to charge an extra full night's rate for any changes made within 28 days of arrival if we are unable to re-sell the property.
We recommend you take travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellation and other costs.
There will be no credit if you shorten your confirmed length of stay after arrival.
Car Parking: Included in your rate is one off street car parking space. Vehicle height not to exceed 2 metres.

The owners make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to any unforeseen circumstances.
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on your Confirmation Notice. Fees apply for excess guests not agreed to by the owners in advance.
Disturbances to our neighbours including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of your stay with no refund.
A credit card imprint is required upon arrival; no charge will be made on the card until check out and then only if required to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to any breakage, loss, damage, postage of items left behind, extra guests beyond those declared or excess cleaning requirements as determined by the owner.
The owners take no responsibility for guests' personal property.
Great location, clean and comfortable, nothing more you could ask for. Grahame also provided detailed maps, which is wonderful for tourists. Great to have laundry access when travelling with a child :)
Great position, lovely and sunny on the balcony. Warm inside, comfy beds and all one could need down to the iron and ironing board. Unobtrusive host who is only a phone call away if there were to be any problems. All in all, a most pleasurable stay and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others. Thank you very much.
Grahame was very personable and helpful. We loved staying in his apartment, which had a great view of Hobart. Defiantly recommend a visit!
