I live in a large, immaculately clean, well-appointed 1300 sq. ft. luxury apartment, with 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. I live here with my rescue cat, Tater, who is the world's best indoor kitty; she loves everybody. There is designated covered parking for 2 cars (yours and mine) that comes right into my back yard. You will have your own spacious bedroom with a Cal King bed, clean luxury bedding and ample closet space and drawers, as well as your own spotless and pristine bathroom (detached from the room) with a shower, bathroom linens and large granite counter sink with drawers. There is an office desk and chair in the bedroom if you would like to set up a computer; there is free wifi. You have your own flat screen TV with basic cable in the bedroom.
Offering you the cleanest possible environment to make yourself comfortable in is a priority to me. Sheets are changed and sanitized between each reservation, comforter fluffed and rolled with a lint brush, fixtures dusted, furniture polished, floors vacuumed, bathroom scrubbed and sanitized, knobs and handles wiped, linens bleached and coffee and water amenities refreshed. I would never offer a guest a bed or bathroom that wasn't perfectly clean and fresh.
You have a private 4-cup coffee-maker in your room if you drink coffee and a few bottles of water, but I don't provide food...sorry. I can recommend several wonderful local cafes and restaurants nearby that you'll love. I'm less than a 5 minute drive to Starbucks, Whole Foods, grocery stores, fabulous restaurants and uptown shopping.
You are welcome to use the refrigerator for any items you need to keep cold. However, if you need to cook (other than the microwave) in the kitchen, please talk to me in advance as there is an additional $10 fee per day of kitchen use. But full kitchen usage is available if you want it.
This is a very quiet and well-maintained luxury complex and there is a heated pool (80 degrees year-round) 30 seconds from the front door...sorry, no spa. I'm 1/2 mile away from Hwy 101 and Hwy 154, so my place is very easy to get to. Downtown SB is about 7 minutes away, and I'm a quick 25 minute jaunt from some of the best Central Coast wineries (about 50 of them!).
You're welcome to submit 1-3 night reservation requests up to 3 months in advance, and 4+ night reservations up to 6 months in advance. Last minute bookings are certainly welcomed if the room is available! My cancellation policy is "strict" for the months of June, July, August and September.

Andrea, thank you for opening your home. It was exactly as posted. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable and both the bathroom and bedroom were very clean (very important to us). The location is about 7 minutes from downtown at most and perfect for our needs.Thank you again!
Andrea was a lovely host. Communication was smooth; the bed was comfortable; the shower has great water pressure; coming and going was easy. Definitely recommend to others.
We visit Santa Barbara frequently and are always looking for a place to stay that is reasonably priced, clean, quiet, and has good access to everything. We found Andrea's place to be perfect! The room with it's own private bathroom exceeded all of our expectations. Andrea was a very gracious host and we really enjoyed conversing with her during our stay. Some noteworthy benefits of her place are the dedicated parking, (of which is typically rare in Santa Barbara), the very quiet neighborhood, and of course the California king size bed. The room was very clean and spacious as well. We will definitely contact Andrea for availability of her place the next time we travel to Santa Barbara. A great place to stay and well worth the money!
We didn't meet Andrea because we arrived in mid night and left in the morning. It was only one night but I was so appreciate the considerable guideline provided by Andrea. The room is very clean and comfortable. I like the style of decoration especial the cute backyard. If I have chance to visit Santa Barbara, I will be keen to be Andrea's guest again.
It was a beautiful stay! Conveniently located and very clean! My sister and I were very Satisfied!!!
Andrea was very friendly and welcoming. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Nice covered reserved parking. The neighborhood seemed safe in a residential area. There are numerous, very well rated restaurants and things to do in less than a 5 mile radius.
