I live in a large, immaculately clean, well-appointed 1300 sq. ft. luxury apartment, with 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is designated covered parking for 2 cars (yours and mine) that comes right into my back yard. You will have your own spacious bedroom with a Cal King bed, clean luxury bedding and ample closet space and drawers, as well as your own spotless and pristine bathroom (detached from the room) with a shower, bathroom linens and large granite counter sink with drawers. There is an office desk and chair in the bedroom if you would like to set up a computer; there is free wifi. You have your own flat screen TV with basic cable in the bedroom.
Offering you the cleanest possible environment to make yourself comfortable in is a priority to me. Sheets are changed and sanitized between each reservation, comforter fluffed and rolled with a lint brush, fixtures dusted, furniture polished, floors vacuumed, bathroom scrubbed and sanitized, knobs and handles wiped, linens bleached and coffee and water amenities refreshed. I would never offer a guest a bed or bathroom that wasn't perfectly clean and fresh.
You have a private 4-cup coffee-maker in your room if you drink coffee and a few bottles of water, but I don't provide food...sorry. I can recommend several wonderful local cafes and restaurants nearby that you'll love. I'm less than a 5 minute drive to Starbucks, Whole Foods, grocery stores, fabulous restaurants and uptown shopping.
You are welcome to use the refrigerator for any items you need to keep cold and the microwave if you need to heat anything up. However, I do not allow any stove-top cooking whatsoever, no exceptions.
This is a very quiet and well-maintained luxury complex and there is a heated pool (80 degrees year-round) 30 seconds from the front door...sorry, no spa. I'm 1/2 mile away from Hwy 101 and Hwy 154, so my place is very easy to get to. Downtown SB is about 7 minutes away, and I'm a quick 25 minute jaunt from some of the best Central Coast wineries (about 50 of them!).
You're welcome to submit 1-3 night reservation requests up to 3 months in advance, and 4+ night reservations up to 6 months in advance. Last minute bookings are certainly welcomed if the room is available! I have a strict cancellation policy.
A little about me: I'm in my 30's and am a successful real estate agent. I'm very particular about being clean and organized in both my personal and business life; my home reflects it. I love all animals dearly. I can play almost every sport imaginable and am an avid foodie and wine lover. I'm very energetic, considerate, friendly and outgoing. I love hosting guests and I look forward to having you here!

*Latest check-out time is 11am. Please, no late check-outs. Check-outs after 12 noon will result in a 50% room night fee.
*No additional friends or outside guests allowed in the apartment; family members are ok.
*If you break or ruin something, please do not be surprised when I am in touch regarding the security deposit.
*Please keep noise at a considerate level.
*Please do not rearrange any furniture in the house.
*Any wine or alcohol in the house is NOT for guest use.
*If you have sleeping issues, such as night terrors or sleepwalking or any other disorders that might disrupt more than just you, please disclose this in advance and we can discuss. A densely populated area, such as my apartment complex, might not be the best or safest option for you.
*No pets, no indoor smoking or incense, no marijuana, no drugs, no exceptions. If so, you will be excused immediately from the house with no refund and with possible added security deposit damages.
