About this listing
My cozy and comfortable private room with large windows overlooking a quiet tree-lined street has a truly European feel to it! It comfortably fits two and is conveniently located a few minutes away from the spectacular Brooklyn Bridge Park. One stop away from Wall Street!
This comfortable, large private room is a 3rd floor walkup in an eclectic style brick apartment complex originally built as a tenement in 1889. It is located in Brooklyn Heights, New York City's first designated historical neighborhood. The outdoor spiral brick staircase and balconies overlooking quiet tree-lined street lead to this charming apartment with one private bedroom, one full shared bathroom and a small yet fully functional galley kitchen.
towels and clean bedding provided;
utilities, WIFI included;
cafe, small organic grocer, restaurant and laundromat on the block;
Free unlimited tea and coffee;
Private bedroom is large and sunny, but kitchen and bathroom are small and shared with tenant (myself).
Walking distance to Atlantic Avenue with its fantastic shopping and dining, Smith and Court St which offer all the hippest restaurants in BK. Steps away from the brand new Brooklyn Bridge park and just a few blocks to the promenade for the city's best views of Manhattan's skyline! Fort Green with its flea market, fabulous bars and restaurants and Prospect Park with its farmer's market every Saturday are not too far either.
I have a few book guides to NYC available in the apartment as well as many personal recommendations.
