We cannot be sorry enough to realize that the issue with the wi-fi quality has spoilt your stay with us. After your complain about this issue at the 2nd day of your stay by around 11.30 p.m., we reacted immediatly next morning by calling the provider, who made a complete reset of the router by remote intervention. According to their information, the quality was restored and everything should have been working. I tested myself near to the appartment and the signal was strong. Anyway, as I explained to you this is something which is not under our control, the infrastructures at our area only allowed up to now cable internet and this can be very unstable.
It's not a coincidence, because we are fitting for this since a long time, but we are happy to inform you and our future guests that from today we will have fiber optic internet. If we will have the speed which the provider is selling us, I cannot confirm for sure, but we try to give our guests the best solutions which are available. Still, our aim when renting the appartment is to provide a nice stay in na holiday environment.
