Amazing house. Amazing beds. Amazing location. Amazing host. Highly recommended!
The house was perfect--clean, comfortable and convenient. Loved the walkability of East Nashville with great restaurants close by and a short Uber ride downtown to Broadway. Amy was out of town so we had the property to ourselves. The screened in sun room was by far our favorite part. I will definitely consider staying here on my next trip to Nashville!!
A friend and I stayed at Amy's unit for two nights and were very pleased with it. It was clean and neat, and had adequate furnishings and facilities in good, working condition. We were happy to have a small refrigerator, Keurig coffeemaker, and microwave. The large TV was great. I slept in the aqua room, and the bed was super comfy. My friend was in the other bedroom -- no complaints there either. We enjoyed looking at Amy's photos displayed, and we loved the two friendly dogs. In addition, the location was extremely convenient to downtown Nashville -- just a short drive. I would not hesitate at all to stay at Amy's place again.
Amy was incredibly nice and accommodating. We worked out a time to meet the day my friends and I arrived, and she showed me around the house and the space. The upstairs was as listed and was beautiful (and very clean), towels were provided for all of us, and there was plenty of space. There were 5 of us staying, and we fit very comfortably there. We were able to come and go as we pleased, and there was free street parking. The neighborhood was great, and close to all the places we needed to go over the weekend. Beds were super comfy and we all slept so well! The house is amazing - would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful time at Amy's house. She was a very generous host, ready with plenty of information regarding east Nashville and the downtown area. There are no lack of restaurants or great places to enjoy a good cup of coffee. Although we didn't see too much of Amy, she was quick to respond to our texts and requests. The upstairs floor of her house has plenty of room to easily accommodate up to six people comfortably. Thank you again Amy for being such a wonderful and gracious host!
Amy was a great host, she responded fast to my initial contact and she was very friendly when we checked in! We stayed for just one night and for that it was a great place. The neighbourhood is charming and so is the house. It's very easy to get a parking spot just outside on the street. It's the upstairs of a house so it's not as private as I thought it would be. It has no door that separates it. It is very "lived in" with personal belongings which was a first for me – my other airbnb experiences have been more private, which I prefer. But that's me :)

About the Host, Amy
Living in Nashville is such a treat but I love to get out and explore and have found AirBnB to be the perfect solution to really getting to know an area and the people. I am quiet, early to bed and lead a very healthy lifestyle. Happy to share some banter but also great and keeping to my own and out of the way. Please fire away with any questions to assure that we are a good fit...
