My place is close to the airport and parks. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
A work in progress! We just moved into this 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom place about 3 years ago, and have plenty more to do! The main spaces are livable though, finally!
This is a Private Room in a Shared House, One Regular-Style Queen Bed, and One Futon Bed Currently Set Up with TV, Roku, Wi-Fi, etc
The space
The most unique thing/request we have is to take off shoes at entrances! Blended Japanese/American household here so we like to try and keep things clean and it's also customary to do so. Other than that - Mi Casa Su Casa! Try your best to make yourself at home and relax!
Shared use of fridge/freezer space and random on hand items you are welcome to such as coffee/eggs/toast/cereal/milk/tea etc etc hanging around, help yourself to whatever is available or you can find!
Non-smoking = Smoking/Tobacco/Substances Prohibited, $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

Shared - Front/Back Yard areas
Shared - Laundry Room/Facilities
Shared - Living Room
Shared - Bathroom.
WIFI Internet. Laser Printers. Netflix/Amazon Prime/Roku.
Shared - Full Kitchen(Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Vitamix Blender, Toaster Oven, Popcorn Popper, Egg Cooker, Belgian Waffle Maker, Electric Water Kettle...)
Non-smoking = Smoking/Tobacco/Substances Prohibited, $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
During your stay
I should be available most times as I'm self-employed and will be sporadically in and out tinkering on jobs as a mobile mechanic or my own personal hobbies/projects sitting around waiting for me - such as finishing the house (carpet, paint, etc etc!)
Call or Text me Any Time if you have any questions or concerns!
Let me know if you prefer more privacy it also won't be a problem either!

Neighborhood highlights
Our neighborhood is nice in that our neighbors are spaced nicely apart for privacy and not to feel too cramped while the park takes up the other side of the street and we have plenty of parking here on our little 3/4 acre lot! We are also a nice little bike ride from rock creek trail down in the canyon which can be a nice little outing for adults and kids alike. ( I have a few bicycles and random things you may find of use borrowing to make your stay more unique, fun, and alive!
There's also an elementary school nearby and subdivisions with a nice park and playground to hang out.

Japanese/American Household - any time family is in Japan, I share our space with those looking for the best value private rooms in the Twin Falls Magic Valley!
I enjoy bicycling around to explore whenever possible, bowling every chance I get, tinkering on cars, traveling/road-tripping around the states or other countries whenever possible.
Airbnb has been a great venue for meeting so many amazing people from all walks of life, even blossoming new- found friendships through hosting my place.
When in family traveling mode, I try to choose households/stays that have something unique to enjoy and/or are a great value and that have families for our kiddos to hopefully interact with.
I stay busy being self-employed as a mobile car mechanic, a part time gig with SkyWest airlines in Hailey Idaho, for the flight/travel perks on Delta/United/Alaska Air and many more, and also part time hosting here with Airbnb.
I have 3 private bedrooms in my house and am working on other spots on my 3/4 acre place to share with others.
