Your fully private Guests-Suite is part of the owner-triplex (1st dwelling unit) of our owner-occupied 2-fam. house with 1 long term tenant in the remaining 2nd (rental) unit.
Our guests are always welcome to "Hang Out" with us upstairs...

Guests have free and unobstructed access to every room and to each exit within the apartment. As of local regulations: No key locks installed on any internal doors.

This guest-suite as part of our owner-triplex is FULLY LEGAL under Local Law
and ON THE BOOKS. The 2nd (rental) unit is occupied by our tenant with a long term lease.

and we added 2017/18 a contemporary-modern designed floor with roof-terrace
on top of our home, this gives our guests additional privacy in this lower level space.
Our house got an architectural neighborhood award,
