The space
Approximately 300 sq.feet of non-smoking and freestanding modern living space on one level at the top of a set of interior stairs. Separate building and private entrance facing the back yard. Relaxing, peaceful and quiet, at the end of a private and shaded alley overlooking park and professionally landscaped back yard with fish pond, fire pit, outdoor seating and waterfall. Romantic and cozy with everything you want and need. Urban location and benefits without urban pell-mell and chaos.

Grind your own complimentary coffee or walk to half a dozen coffee shops, numerous neighborhood restaurants, Candler Park Market, Little Five Points or the Edgewood Retail District (Kroger, Target, Best Buy etc.). Overlook or walk/run/bike to major parks and green space: Iverson Park, Candler Park, Freedom Park and the Beltline.

No need for a car - catch the train to the MARTA Edgewood/Candler Park station (half a block away) from the Airport.

Easy MARTA train access to Airport, Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead and Decatur. Great home base for visits/business Emory, CDC, Georgia State, Georgia Tech and all city conventions. Perfect for one guest looking for a longer term stay, relocation or internship. No pets please.

Guest access
Guests will have shared access to all facilities outside of the main house including the fire pit, patio table and chairs, gas grill, and fish pond. Guests will also have access to the garage under the Aerie Suite which contains the washer & dryer for this unit. There is some storage space dedicated to the Aerie Suite guests in the garage and guests may use recreational equipment for the park (chairs, umbrella, bags).

Other things to note
Please be considerate of the neighbors.

No partying or overnight guests who are not pre-approved or more than two overnight guests per night.

Any violation of these rules will incur an automatic increase of $75 per day in the room rate (in addition to the amount paid to Airbnb).

I try to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when possible and you can always store your luggage in the garage if you arrive early or need to leave late.
