Guests will have full access to the property, with the exception of 3 owner's closets: 1 on the main floor and 2 in the laundry room.
**Please do not access utility closet or attic space**

Other things to note
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/HOUSE RULES:
*Guests must be 25 years or older to book Kentberry Club (some exceptions can be made by owner, send inquiry).
*GUESTBOOK: An E-guestbook will be sent to you upon check-in. Most questions you may have will be found in the guestbook. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for any additional questions. We do our best to respond within 24 hours, however we often respond within an hour.
*PARKING: Guests are not allowed to have more than a total of FOUR vehicles (unless permission provided by host in advance). At no time can any vehicles be parked on the street in the community. Any vehicles parked on the street related to the reservation will be charged $100 per day and per vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any vehicles blocking the community mailboxes in front of the property at any given will be charged an automatic $250 and subject to being towed without notice.
*PETS: We absolutely adore our furry friends, but this is no pet property. We have great options for pet boarding if you are interested - please inquire.
SMOKING: No smoking inside the property. Smell of tobacco or marijuana smoke inside your property/furniture/linen will result in additional fees.
*PARTIES: This is a NO PARTY HOUSE with ZERO tolerance for parties. No amplified music. Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. Only guests listed on the rental agreement are allowed on the property unless prior approval is obtained from the host. Our house comfortably sleeps 12 guests (excluding children under 2 years old)
*PROPANE TANKS/FIREPLACES: We offer our guests a total of 2 propane tanks per stay - one for the NEW BBQ and one for the backyard deck tower heater. Please shut off the propane after use. If you find the tank is empty, please let us know ASAP so we can have it refilled for the next guest.
*Call 911 in case of fire - the home has 2 fire extinguishers (1 the kitchen and 1 in the garage).
