The space
Designed with both gathering and privacy in mind, our home easily accommodates groups, families, and wedding guests.

An Elevated Living Layout: Perched high above street level for ultimate privacy, our home’s unique hillside location brings you up into the treetops. Head up the driveway and park your cars securely in the garage, complete with an EV charger. From the entry, take the stairs up to our main upper level, where soaring ceilings and massive windows immerse you in the forest. Step out onto the deck to take in stunning sunsets and night-time stargazing!

3 Private Bedrooms: Quiet, cozy retreats fitted with luxury linens and generous closet space (including a professional garment steamer and iron in the primary retreat for formal wear)! One bedroom is located downstairs, while the other two are on the main upper level.

The Open Loft (4th Sleeping Area): A guest-favorite, multi-use space on the top level featuring comfortable queen beds, reading chairs, and a dedicated workspace. (Please note: The loft is an open-concept mezzanine overlooking the main living area below, not a fully enclosed room).

The Living Area: Relax around the cozy fireplace, spin vinyl on the record player, or settle into the spacious leather sectional for movie night.

Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked kitchen with a complete coffee & tea bar (featuring an espresso machine, drip coffee maker, and Nespresso). Includes wine and champagne glassware, plus everything else you need for group meals or a pre-ceremony toast.

Driveway & Winter Access Note: Our elevated position means an inclined driveway. While it rewards you with peaceful surroundings and incredible views, AWD/4WD or tire chains are strongly recommended during winter snow months.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, including the garage (for parking and EV charging), the backyard, and the 234 sq ft front deck.

Please note: the "front door" is located around the right side of the house under the covered patio.

Other things to note
Sleeping Layout: The home offers 3 private bedrooms plus a 4th sleeping area in our open-concept guest loft. Please review the floor plan and photos to ensure this layout fits your group's privacy preferences!

Mountain Roads & Altitude: Flagstaff sits at 7,000 feet! Weather can change quickly. During winter snow months, AWD/4WD or tire chains are strongly recommended and may be required depending on active weather conditions.

Forest & Wildlife: Our neighborhood borders the Coconino National Forest, where you are likely to encounter local wildlife. Please keep all food indoors and do not leave trash outside unless secured in the outdoor bins.

Quiet Hours: To be respectful of our quiet mountain neighborhood and forest setting, outdoor quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No excessive noise, please.

Safety & Security: For your safety and property security, we have exterior-only security cameras monitoring the entryway, driveway and backyard. No cameras are located inside or facing private areas.

I am addicted to experiencing culture!!! I love to travel, even if it's just a quick trip somewhere nearby. My favorite and most exotic travel destination so far is Thailand (Bangkok + Phuket). My husband and I were there for 2 weeks in 2013 for our honeymoon. Now we have two sweet little girls who travel with us. We love to play board games and explore the great outdoors. We are in search of serenity on our trips!!
