The apartment is comfortable for a large group of 6 persons at an extremely affordable price.
It consists of 3 separate rooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two persons (in pictures).
Via Urbana is a quiet, bohemian street in walking distance from Colloseum. Nearby metro station is Cavour, one stop from the main train station Termini.
Price: 115 €
Excellent location... Very near to most of the famous places... The street gives you a authentic roman feeling... Restaurants around the place are excellent and yummy for an affordable prize... Metro is right at the end of the street...
The house feels good and in winter it is well heated... Kitchen is furnished for those that like to cook their own food... We enjoyed our stay completely :)
Great place in an interesting part of town. Nice for families and easy walking to the sites - lots of restaurants right in the neighborhood
El sitio muy bueno, tanto para las visitas a los monumentos de la ciudad como para restaurantes y paseos nocturnos.
El apartamento perfecto.
The apartment is very conveniently located, on a street full of restaurants and close to the metro. It is clean and comfortable for 4 adults. I was not informed (even though I had asked earlier) that the apartment is located (email hidden) and our rental car should not be driven to the front of the apartment. Therefore we are now waiting to be fined by the Authorities. The lady in charge of the keys took more than half an hour to come even though I had given her our arrival time.
On the second evening of our stay, just in front of the door to the apartment, we had an unpleasant encounter with a rowdy young man, who threatened us. That made us feel very unsafe. Neda responded to our calls but the italian host's poor English made it very difficult for her to understand our predicament.
Had a great stay in this apartment for a fantastic long Roman weekend with friends. It was exactly what we were after: a simple, yet comfortable apartment sleeping 4 in hip Monti.
The apartment is located on a great 'local' street with heaps of atmosphere and many restaurants located nearby. It is equipped as per the description and photos (however no coffee machine as pictured or kettle, not that that was an issue for us since we made use of the provided stovetop coffee maker/saucepans).
Check-in process was really simple, with the Roman host (not Neda) extremely proactive in making sure that she was at the apartment to welcome us even given our late arrival (approx. 9pm).
Special mention must be made to Neda, who was quick to offer our party this place as an alternative when our initial choice located in the same building became unavailable at late notice due to an electrical fault. She was a pleasure to deal with, and quick to offer us this apartment at a discount!
Would definitely recommend this apartment for a party of 4, or for 6 if you were pressed or watching your pennies. However, if the sofa bed were to be used, any dining/living space would become somewhat limited.
Very spacious, clean apartment. We were welcomed and shown around the apartment with ease. This apartment is located near everything and access to the metro and termini is great.
