•The top bunkbed is not to be used for toddlers or seniors. It’s high up. Climbing ladders is not suggested at those ages. The ladder is bolted to both the wall and floor. Climbing over the bed rail is required. (See pictures)
•The vintage clawfoot tub is higher off the ground than traditional tubs. The tub is in proportion with its vintage era. If preferred, there is a folding step stool available.

Please ensure their safety by checking for any potential hazards and making necessary adjustments (if needed, restrict children from playing on the bunk bed and place marbles on top of shelf in a ziplock). Please ensure that any changes made are restored upon your departure.
Our house rules are simple. No pets, No smoking, No parties. Any violations of house rules will result in minimum of $250.
