Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
The apartment is vacant as I've been sheltering in place in CA. Given the times, it's been discounted by 50 percent. It is available long-term. I could either have the apartment cleaned and sanitized by a professional, who will take all necessary precaution & follow a strict checklist of sanitization guidelines, or I could rent it as-is in case you want to take care of the cleaning yourself. Near the L train, supermarkets, drugstore and plenty of excellent take-out food options and parks.

The space
Stylish one-bedroom apartment in Williamsburg - perfect for a couple or an individual wanting to stay in NYC's greatest neighborhood.

The apartment is located in the heart of Williamsburg, just a few blocks away from the subway (L train). It's a cute, quiet apartment in the perfect location, with FoodTown, Whole Foods and Duane Reade within two blocks.

It is located in the center of the amazing Williamsburg neighborhood, just a few blocks from the Bedford "L" subway station (6 minutes to Union Square in Manhattan), near McCarren Park, the waterfront, and (in normal times) terrific restaurants, galleries, music venues, bars, boutiques, etc.

It's a charming, colorful, fully furnished one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room, study, and access to the rooftop with spectacular city views. Wireless internet is included. There is no cable tv. The apartment is on the fifth floor and it's a walk-up (no elevator). Within one block, there is a lovely wine bar, shops, a grocery store, a bank and 24-hour drugstore/market.

Let me know if you're interested and I'll get in touch with you promptly! Please let me know the exact dates you're interested in and a little bit about yourself.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

The apartment is located a few blocks away from the Bedford Ave "L" train, and an 8-minute walk from the "G" train at Metropolitan. The "J/M/Z" line is about a 10-minute walk. There is also a ferry to Manhattan nearby.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Other things to note
The apartment has steam heating, as many of the older NYC apartments do. The steam pipe in the bedroom sometimes makes noises.

It's a fifth-floor walkup.

I work in theatre & film and I love traveling (especially foreign travel), going to the theatre, going to art shows & film festivals and hanging out with friends. Some of my top travel destinations... INDIA: I shot a film in India and fell in love with it. I'd like to return to explore India at some point in the next two years. NORTHERN AFRICA: I've been to southern Africa and one of my next destinations will be northern Africa. FRANCE: I was an exchange student in France in high school. I went back last year to visit Cannes and Paris. I'm hoping to return soon and do some more exploring. DC: My hometown. ITALY: I spent a summer in Rome and I visited Florence and some other cities. I want to go back and spend more time exploring the coast.
