Tramore itself is a beautiful spot, dotted on the coastline of Southern Ireland. Looking out from the back of the house, you are faced with Tramore Bay, which is approx 3kms in width. To the left is our glorious beach incorporating the sand dunes and the back strand. It was this magnificent strand which gave its name to Tramore. In the Irish language, Tra Mhor literally means "Big Beach".

My Son and I stayed for one night with Maire and felt truly at home. The room we had was lovely and very clean. The Breakfast was superb but you do have to decide the evening before? The views from the sitting room/dining room are amazing.
