The space
This Amazing Loft is situated on the third (top) floor of a typical Dutch building from 1882. The original features are highlighted with modern design details. A unique mixture of old and new that will inspire you.

Designed by one of Holland’s leading and internationally renown visual artists, this apartment will feel like a haven where you can relax and enjoy yourself and become deeply inspired by the beauty that surrounds you.

Let’s start with the kingsize Treca bed, in which you will wake up feeling truly rested and refreshed. After you have taken a bath in the fascinating and deluxe bathtub designed by one of Hollands leading boat designers, you can enjoy a homemade breakfast prepared in the little kitchenette. And you will be as ready as you can get to explore Amsterdam.

This attic loft has a wonderful atmosphere due to the original brick walls and the wooden beams. It also has a small balcony where you can relax when the weather allows it. The 4 mtr. high ceiling will free your mind and the windows ensure a beautiful influx of natural light. In the evening you can draw the curtains that will not let in the daylight until you decide it’s time to start the day.

Neighborhood highlights

The gorgeous boutique shopping area Nine Streets, the high-end neighbourhood Oud-Zuid with the Museumsquare and other cultural highlights, as well as the PC Hooftstraat shopping street can be reached by foot, just cross the wonderful Vondelpark and you are already at your destination. The Helmersbuurt with it's vibrant atmosphere is at the other end, many bars and lovely restaurants of which you will learn more in the hand out we have made you, as well as De Hallen are absolutely worth a visit.
