Villa Riviera II is a fully licensed villa located at the crossroad of Seminyak and Petitenget’s vibrant neighbourhoods. Very spacious and rare property in this neighbourhood.
It opened mid March 2026
The maximum capacity of the villa is 18 guests (anyone of 2y old or more is counted as a guest).
The system can charge you for a maximum of 16 guests. If your group consists of 17 or 18 guests, we will send you a separate payment request for the extra guest(s) through the system (23 usd/night/each extra guest above guest number 16).

Nestled in a lovely garden with white frangipani trees and bougainvilliers and boasting a 14 x 6.8m swimming pool with a shallow area all around (maximum depth of 150cm in its center), Villa Riviera has been designed with a particular attention to details and decoration, mixing local materials (green Java stones for the swimming pool, sirap/ulin for the roofs, teak wood), stylish design with Southern France touches and modern comfort in mind.
The living area (lounge, dining area, kitchen, TV space) spreads over the open space of a traditional Javanese Joglo overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
There are 6 independent bedrooms with AC and en suite bathrooms, all NON-SMOKING: 2 of them in the main building (Joglo) and 4 others located in independent buildings around the pool (2 bungalows and 1 unit with a GF and a 1st floor).
Bedroom 1 and 2 (in the main building/Joglo) : 1 bed of 180 x 200cm.
Bedroom 3 and 4 are lodged in bungalows: each of them have 3 single beds, of which 2 can be assembled to make a 180x200cm bed, depending on your sleeping arrangement.
Bedroom 5 is at the ground floor of an independent 1 floor unit with one 180x200cm bed.
Bedroom 6 is at the 1st floor of the independent unit with 1 bed of 180 x 200cm and a bunk bed ( 2 mattresses of 90 x 200cm each).
2 Extra floor Mattresses available ( 90 x 200cm /36 x 79" ).
Should your bedding configuration require extra mattresses and should you be a group of 16 persons or less, each extra mattress will be charged 20usd/night. For groups of 17 guests, 1 extra mattress will come with the payment of the extra charge for guest number 17 (23usd/night). If you wish an other one, it is possible at 20usd/night. For groups of 18 guests, 2 extra mattresses will come with the payment of the extra charge for guest number 17 and 18 (23usd/night/each extra guest).

Guests have full private access to the property. No sharing.
Your villa manager can arrange your airport pick up (extra cost applies), should you be interested.
Your villa manager will greet you upon your arrival if you arrive during day time. If you arrive in the evening or at night, our patrolling security guard will open the villa for you and our villa manager will greet you the next morning.
Other things to note
A few recommendations that we encourage you to observe during your stay to make it as comfortable as possible:
* Close your doors and windows at all times to avoid mosquitoes from getting inside your bedroom or bathroom. Although fogging treatment is taking place regularly, it is less effective during rainy season.
* Close your doors and windows at all times to keep your bedroom at a comfortable temperature, should you be using the AC. Our Acs are cleaned regularly. However, letting warm air getting inside your bedroom makes their functioning less effective.
We also suggest not to use your shoes or flip flops inside the living areas and in your bedrooms as it might get dirty and uncomfortable if the floor is wet (swimming pool, rain ...), unless it feels safer to you, of course. In that case, we recommend you to use shoes/flip flops with clean soles, for your comfort.
Be reminded that in the bungalows, the roof is made of natural material (Ulin wood). Hence it is not unusual find dust of this material on your bed from times to times.
Please note that in Bali, whilst rare and usually short, occasional blackouts or problem of water supply do happen.

*As we respect our environment with Bali's fresh water supply reaching very low level especially during the dry season linens and towels will be changed every 3 days, unless asked otherwise, Charges apply. Txs for your cooperation.
* Treat our villa as if it was your home. Please keep our villa clean and safe. Don't let stale food in the open air and don't let food/beverages spilled/drying up on tables/kitchen counter as it attracts ants and insects and it stains the furniture. Keep the garbage bin area located in the kitchen clean. We provide our guests with a clean environment and we expect our guests to leave our place clean too. Our staff cleans the villa every day (except Sunday) but this should not be an invitation to leave the space untidy.

* No party/loud noise or music is allowed days & nights
* fireworks are strictly forbidden
* Never jump in the pool from the first floor/balcony
* Do not climb the entrance door . If you forget your keys, please use the backup key in the black box with a code located left of the entrance door.
In case of violation of these House Rules, our manager or the security night guard will hand you a written warning notice. In case of repeated violation, we will contact AirBnB to lodge a formal complaint, which as per Airbnb rules and policy, will most likely lead to the cancellation of the booking and immediate departure without refund
