Location is fantastic, but the place is on the small side. We struggled with the air-con but its difficult to say if that was us not using it correctly. Property was fine for a couple of days visit to Rome.

I will NEVER visit here again. The whole place was full of dust, spots on towels, couldn't use wifi in the beds, and required bunch of money when we checked in - which wasn't written on the information.

Exceptional location, if you, like us, plan to be out most of the time, this is a good place for you. It is quite narrow however with a staircase not meant for everybody.

I spend just a few days in Rome and wish I could of stayed longer. But Laura's place was perfect for our trip. It is a pett apartment but perfect for 2 people. Its very close to Plaza Navona and many restaurants. It's very clean and thank goodness for the air fans and central air that was provided during the summer. I wish the wifi signal could of been a little stronger through the place. But overall I do recommend this place and we had a great time.

It is a quiet place, Old Bear and other great restaurants right around the corner. The river and bridges nearby are great, can walk to the Vatican and pantheon from the apartment. Nightlife nearby. A few things are outdated but overall a comfortable stay.

I had read about the toilet in the shower but did not expect it quite like it was.. it was doable for a night or t3wo but I could take a comfortable shower, not only was the shower head almost above the toilet but it was very low and I am almost 6 ft tall. I also fell coming out of the bathroom/shower/toilet thing and twisted my ankle on the first night of a 10 day trip in italy. there are no precautions taken since they have this weird ordeal happening with the bathroom. the place is only big enough for 2 people, for 3 it would be too tight because out 2 suitcases only fit in the place of a 3rd person. It's fine is only doing 1 or 2 nights. On top of things I had my last night booked with Laura and she stopped responding and cancelled without reason when I was already at her address for checks in regardless of having spoken to her in the morning, leaving me stranded my last night and having no internet on my phone etc.

Unfortunately on many points we were so disappointed...We stayed two nights in this flat and here is what we discovered: - when you look at the photos on the description,it looks like it's quiet big however for some photos they were taken in order to make you think that this is one photo but take care : it's two photos in one, which means that finally the flat is really small!bI understand that you have to show the best side of the flat but this is really not honest. Moreover one photo is representing a room which is not even a part of this flat!! - same thing for "second floor" which means that the "first floor" is the little kitchen and the bathroom (I also have many things to say about this """bathroom"""), and for the second floor you have to go down, under the "road level", without any Windows. Only one little that you cannot open (blocked) in the "living room". - it is written on the description that you can enjoy music in all the Appartement. It is not true. It was not working at all. And even if it was working you are obliged to bring your own CDs. There is no radio and all the Chanels of the little tv available are in Italian. - no sheets on the bed.... - bathroom: I want to tell everybody who will read this comment that this is clearly NOT a hammam which is available here. This "hammam" is in a very very small bathroom where you have the toilet and the shower. I mean that the shower is approximately just above the toilet.. Seriously. The hammam was not working in any case... And if you want to take a shower, put the toilet paper out or it will be totally wet. - the shower was not anymore totally fixed on the wall: we were obliged to maintain it fixed while we were under the shower... And the door of the bathroom is really really hard to open if you lock it from the inside. - the table of the kitchen was dirty -it is selling as a peaceful place : there were people at 7am in the morning just in front of the flat making too much noise because they were working on the wall in front of the flat. And nobody told us that. However, we had one person who saved the boat a little bit, the person who welcome us. She was not the person who rent this flat but she was really kind and nice and she explained us everything on the map of Roma she gave to us. It is the only positiv thing I remembered for this stay. I really don't like to criticize but here these nights were the worst I ever had!!! We went back from Roma more tired that we were when we arrived !!! I would really NOT recommend this place....
