Recently refurbished and modern furnished, large, 3 double bedroom apartment in St. Paul's Bay. Sleeps up to 6 people and comes with 2 bathrooms (new), air conditioning, solar water heating, and BBQ area. Kitchen is equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, pots and pans, kettle and toaster. The front balcony overlooks the street.
Apartment is bright, airy, very clean and highly maintained. Guests will be provided with bedroom and bathroom linens. Guests will also be welcomed with a small food hamper upon arrival.
Apartment is centrally located in the best touristic area of St. Paul's Bay - Bugibba and Qawra. It is close to all amenities including food stores, bus stops, restaurants, bars, parks and is only 5 minutes away, on foot, to the seafront and the main square in Bugibba. The seafront consists of sandy and rocky beaches and also beach lidos where one can find beds and umbrellas. Bus stops connect to most towns and villages in Malta including Valletta, St. Julian's and Sliema.
Apartment is only 20 minutes away from Sliema and St. Julian's (by bus / car). Street parking available in the area.
Close to cinema, the Malta National Aquarium and also the highly acclaimed Cafe' Del Mar, Malta. In the area one can also find historic places like the Watch towers in the older part of St. Paul's Bay. Visitors will surely enjoy strolls by the sea side and why not taste some of the best ice-creams on the island from the various outlets.
Besides being located closely to most amenities, this apartment is comfortable, located up North, in Malta's best touristic area and offers the little comforts and necessities visitors need when on holiday.

Nice apartment, well equiped, very good value for money. The only downside is that it does not have proper heating, so it can be a bit cold on a rainy february day. And if you plan to go to sleep at 10 pm on Saturday bring your earplugs, it is a rather live neighbourhood.
10 to 15 minutes walk down to the seaside in St Paul's Bay. A rental car can be very practical if you don't want to wait for the bus and you can park your car near the apartment.
Everything was clean, communication with the host was very good.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.
The owner was very responsive and helpful. The room was clean and all amenities were available. Bugibba city is satisfactory, but the bar in the house where we lived was a bit noisy.
Easy communication with Laura, good price. The place is very spacious and clean. Some parts are newly renovated (bathrooms, main bedroom), the living room kitchen and two bedrooms are older.
We lived in Laura's apartment for 4 days with our Friends it was very nice. The apartment is really big and has a nice interior and a super location just 5 min to the sea. Laura is a very nice person and very contact, responding to each question. Really recommend this place which is close to everywhere. Malta is wonderful!

l'appartamento è al 4° piano e al piano terra c'è un locale molto rumoroso fino a tarda ora specialmente nei week end e questo è l'unico dato negativo
We were not in contact with Laura face to face. Only by phone. Nice person. Any problems where solved quickly by the phone.
Whilst thanking Andrei for his review, and as explained on a separate e-mail, the air conditioner is working fine however we do not know whether the balcony door was left open or whether bedroom doors were left open. It's function is not to cool the whole apartment but only the living areas. The bedrooms are equipped with fans. Unluckily, the week our guests were here the weather was extremely humid and hot making it the worse week for heat this summer. Also, our guests never advised us that they were having an issue with this so we couldn't possibly do anything about it.
With regards to the noise, the area is a touristic area and it is expected that there will be some level of noise. However, had our guests had advised us of this & if the noise from the bar became unbearable we could have lodged a complaint at the police station to make required checks.
With regards to the water supply, this is also news for us as we were not notified of this as yet again our guests never advised us of this.
Also, on arrival our helper was the one welcoming our guests, however this group did not give our helper time to explain house rules & answer any questions they might have had.
We take customer care very seriously as reflected in all reviews given to us so far. We know that guests might have issues but if these are not communicated to us there isn't much we can do. We also took the time to message our guests during their stay here, through airbnb portal to ask them if everything was fine but we never got any replies.
Ciao! I I have been living with my friends in Laura's apartment for 7 days. We were so excited about this flat. It was really clean and well-equipped. This apartment has a fantastic location, close to bus stops and small stores. Laura served us a quick help in case of any questions/problems. She is really kind. I have been to a lot of places around Europe and for the most I have stayed at private rental properties. I prefer these to hotels as it makes you integrate better with locals who can suggest places to visit and things to do that are not on guide books. This is when I feel that I would have lived a holiday to the full.
When travelling I believe I need a place in which I can get away from it all and have time to re charge before the next adventure. This is why I believe a holiday rental should have all that is required for guests to feel at home away from home, with all comforts. A place should be also clean, tidy, comfortable and safe.

My husband and I started this venture this year after having lived in this property for the last 8 years. We love this place and have cultivated wonderful memories here. We spent some time renovating it to make it more accommodating. Last thing we updated was the master bedroom which is also my favorite room.
