It's a recently built construction with air conditioner and warm water. It's located in the old center of Córdoba between the Corredera and la Plaza del Potro. The Cathedral-Mosque is close to it.
The appartment has a private bathroom and a kitchen. You will also get wireless internet access and there's a gym machine available for exercising (website hidden)(phone number hidden)

Wow! What a beautiful apartment. Jose Mª was a great host and the apartment is perfectly located. We loved Córdoba and would love to stay in this apartment again. It was clean, cozy and had a great view into a plaza below. It easily fit my family of six (two children, two parents and two grandparents).
Jose Mª got us oriented and recommended a great restaurant for dinner.
If you drive, the nearest parking garage is at Calle Sevilla 5. You can't actually reach the apartment by car as many of the roads in that area are accessed by permit only and are enforced with cameras and fines. I'd recommend parking at the garage mentioned above and walk with your bags to the apartment; it's an easy, beautiful 10 minute walk.
Great location, friendly host, and comfortable apartment.
Spacious, very comfort apartments. Photographs don't deliver full impression of convenience, which you can feel here, Best location, all facilities, charming owner. And best view from your windows.
Very clean place, near bus stop near mosqu
What a fantastic place to stay! The location is perfect. The flat is huge. The host and his wife are truly welcoming and charming people who will make sure you have a great time in Cordoba.
This is the ONLY place to stay in Cordoba!!
Jose gave us a warm welcome to his spacious two bedroom apartment.
Our GPS brought from home had taken us directly to his front door without difficulty - though we did drive into the restricted traffic zone intending to drop our luggage then find parking elsewhere. He seemed surprised and concerned that we were travelling by car rather than public transport, but nevertheless directed us to a space very close by where we were told we should leave the car for the whole of our two day stay.
Jose provided a useful city map and advice on getting around and eating. Key attractions were easy for us to reach on foot.
We liked the Plaza de las Canas in which the building is set - complete with a municipal fresh food market and nearby supermarket - plus two bars that open during the evenings until around 1am. We also liked the impressive Plaza de las Corradera very close by - with numerous cafes. The only negative point on the location is that the rubbish and recycling facility for the neighbourhood is immediately below the windows of the 2 bed apartment, sometimes the source of smells, and being emptied - Spanish style - at all hours.
The apartment was clean and reasonably well equipped - though some guests may finds cooking limited by the lack of an oven.
The weather in mid September was pretty hot but we were able to limit our use of the a/c without discomfort.
The neighbourhood felt safe and relaxed.
Absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with warmth, quickly shown around the apartment and then invited to join my hosts in their home. Very warm, kind and generous people.
Fantastic place to stay in Cordoba!
We had a wonderful 2-night stay in Jose's apartment in Cordoba. The apartment was centrally located, within a quick walk to supermarket, restaurants, and the Mezquita. The apartment is very large, with 3 bedrooms, and the kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals in. Jose asks that we limit the air conditioning use to daytime when we were in the apartment. We didn't see this as an unusual request, but if you need a cold room to sleep in, stay somewhere else. That said, we were comfortable, and VERY kindly welcomed by Jose. He had maps and guides to show us around the city, and I highly suggest taking the map with you when you go out, because you WILL get turned around. Cordoba is a lovely city, my favorite in Spain, and this apartment is a perfect place to stay.
Where to begin? Well first of all Jose and his wife were so welcoming and friendly making me immediately comfortable in their home. After a few minutes I felt like I'd known them for years. We chatted for about an hour when I got there and they gave me maps and pamphlets for just about everything one should do when in Cordoba. I honestly felt like I was part of their family. I had a lot of questions about where the best food was and which shows they recommended and they were more than willing to help. I saw them a couple times during my stay and was always asked how I was liking their city. I could tell they have a genuine love for the rich history they are surrounded by on a daily basis. The apartment was located just 10 minutes to all the best attractions. It was very clean, comfortable, and cool when I needed to take a break during the day. It was really hard for me to leave. I wasn't ready to go because I felt so welcome and fell in love with the architecture, people, food, culture, and just about everything there. I'm planning on returning next year with my parents and Jose's place is where we will be staying, no doubt about it.
We had a great stay at this place in Cordoba. The apartment is perfectly located right on a beautiful little square. Everything was very clean, there was wireless internet and we felt very much at home. All the sites are in walking distance and our host was very friendly and helpful in all regards. We came by car which is not ideal in this part of town where it's difficult to find parking. Would definitely recommend this place though and would love to come back!
